Text
The provisions of sections 1 and 2 of this
chapter shall take precedence of and have supersedence over any and
all statutes passed by the general assembly in 1937 and over any and
all other statutes enacted before 1937, concerning the fixing of the
salaries and compensation of state officers and employees.
