§ 4-12-2-2 — Compensation and salaries of state officers; exemptions
This chapter does not apply to:
(1)the salaries and compensation of the officers, professors, or
other employees of Indiana University, Purdue University, Ball
State University, Indiana State University, or University of
Southern Indiana; or
(2)any salary or other compensation that is fixed by law.
