§ 4-12-1-20 — Pokagon Band Tribal-state compact fund

(a)As used in this section, "fund" refers to the
Pokagon Band Tribal-state compact fund established by subsection (c).
(b)As used in this section, "Tribal-state compact" refers to the
compact between the state and the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi
Indians pursuant to IC 4-29.
(c)The Pokagon Band Tribal-state compact fund is established for
the purposes set forth in subsection (f). The fund shall be administered
by the budget agency. The fund consists of the following:
(1)Money transferred to the fund as a result of the Tribal-state
compact.
(2)Appropriations, if any, made by the general assembly.
(3)Grants and gifts intended for deposit in the fund.
