§ 4-10-15-4 — Current expenses; amount of monthly allowances

In making said monthly allowances, it shall be the duty of the officers as aforesaid authorized to make the same, not to exceed in any one month one-twelfth of the amount appropriated for the current expenses of the same Institution for the last preceding year for which an appropriation shall have been made by the General Assembly.
