Text
In any case where an individual shall refuse to
provide the individual's Social Security number to a state agency in
accordance with the provisions of section 2(a)(2)(B) of this chapter, the
state agency to which the individual has made the individual's refusal
known is prohibited from obtaining the Social Security number from
any other source.
