§ 4-1-13-1 — "State agency"
(a)As used in this chapter, "state agency" means
every agency, board, commission, department, bureau, or other entity
of the administrative branch of Indiana state government.
(b)The term includes every agency, board, commission,
department, bureau, or other entity that is the responsibility of the state
comptroller, treasurer of state, secretary of state, and attorney general.
(c)The term includes a state educational institution.
