Text
The office of the secretary of family and
social services shall investigate and report to the court concerning the
conditions and circumstances of a minor or an alleged incapacitated
adult or protected person who is an adult and the fitness and conduct
of the guardian or the proposed guardian whenever ordered to do so by
the court.
