§ 29-1-1-18 — Notices; proof of compliance
Nothing contained in section 16 or section 17
of this chapter shall preclude any person from proving in any suit or
proceeding that the provisions of this article respecting such notice
have been complied with, although no such proof of service may have
been filed as therein required.
