Text
(a)If an attorney shall have entered his
appearance in writing for any person in any probate proceeding or
matter pending in the court, all notices required to be served on the
person in such proceeding or matter may be served on the attorney and
such service shall be in lieu of service upon the person for whom the
attorney appears.
(b)Notices to the personal representative may similarly be served
on his attorney of record.
