§ 29-3-7-4 — Acceptance of appointment as submission to personal jurisdiction
Indiana·Art. 3 GUARDIANSHIPS AND PROTECTIVE·Ch. 7 Qualification and Bonding Requirements for Guardians
By accepting appointment, a guardian and the
guardian's attorney submit personally to the jurisdiction of the court in
any proceeding relating to the guardianship.
