§ 29-3-14-3 — "Supporter"

Indiana·Art. 3 GUARDIANSHIPS AND PROTECTIVE·Ch. 14 Supported Decision Making
As used in this chapter, "supporter" means a person at least eighteen (18) years of age who has voluntarily agreed to assist an adult in the decision making process as outlined in the adult's supported decision making agreement.
