Text
A person in Indiana may rely on a
declaration or similar instrument that was executed in another state and
that complies with the requirements of this chapter to the extent that an
action requested by the declarant in the declaration or similar
instrument does not violate any federal or Indiana law or any ordinance
or regulation of a political subdivision.
