5.
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b) and
section 4 of this chapter, each petition or other document that a
personal representative files in the court with:
(1)a written consent to the petition or other document; or
(2)a written waiver of notice of proceedings in the estate;
must contain a statement that the personal representative has delivered
a copy of the petition or other document to each person whose written
consent or waiver of notice of proceedings is presented to the court in
support of the petition or other document.
(b)A petition or other document described in subsection (a) is not
required to contain the statement of delivery otherwise required by
subsection (a) if the written consent or written waiver filed with the
petition or other document contains a statement by t
