§ 29-1-7-28 — Executed in Indiana; allowed in foreign state or country

Indiana·Art. 1 PROBATE CODE·Ch. 7 Probate and Grant of Administration
No will executed in this state and proved or allowed in any other state or country, shall be admitted to probate within this state unless executed according to the laws of this state. Formerly: Acts 1953, c.112, s.728.
