Text

If after making a will the testator's marriage is dissolved or annulled, all provisions in the will in favor of the testator's former spouse are revoked as of the time of the dissolution or annulment of the marriage. The will provisions are reinstated if the testator remarries the former spouse. Formerly: Acts 1953, c.112, s.508. As amended by P.L.136-2018, SEC.214; P.L.99-2024, SEC.7.
