(a)As used in this section, "electronic will copy" means a complete converted copy of an electronic will that is deposited with a circuit court clerk under IC 29-1-7-3.1.
(b)The following shall apply to the deposit of an electronic will copy with circuit court clerks:
(1)IC 29-1-7-3.1(a).
(2)IC 29-1-7-3.1(b).
(3)IC 29-1-7-3.1(d).
(4)IC 29-1-7-3.1(e).
(5)IC 29-1-7-3.1(g).
(6)IC 29-1-7-3.1(h).
(7)IC 29-1-7-3.1(i).
(8)IC 29-1-7-3.1(j).
(c)A person or depositor may deposit an electronic will copy with the circuit court clerk under IC 29-1-7-3.1 by:
(1)submitting a paper copy of the complete converted copy of the electronic will copy to the clerk; or
(2)electronically filing a readable and printable copy of the completed converted copy of the electronic will copy with the clerk if
