§ 29-1-17-7 — Income received during administration

Indiana·Art. 1 PROBATE CODE·Ch. 17 Distribution and Discharge
Unless the decedent's will provides otherwise, all income received by the personal representative during the administration of the estate shall constitute an asset of the estate the same as any other asset and the personal representative shall disburse, distribute, account for and administer said income as a part of the corpus of the estate. Formerly: Acts 1953, c.112, s.1707.
