§ 29-1-17-5 — Advancements

Indiana·Art. 1 PROBATE CODE·Ch. 17 Distribution and Discharge
All questions of advancements made, or alleged to have been made, by an intestate to any heir may be heard and determined by the court before or at the time of the hearing on the petition for final distribution. The amount of every such advancement shall be specified in the decree of final distribution. Formerly: Acts 1953, c.112, s.1705.
