§ 29-1-16-10 — Noncompliance with orders; attachment; imprisonment

Indiana·Art. 1 PROBATE CODE·Ch. 16 Accounting
Any person who has been ordered to account as herein provided, and who fails to comply with such order, may be attached and imprisoned in order to enforce such compliance therewith. Formerly: Acts 1953, c.112, s.1610.
