§ 29-1-15-22 — Platting real property

When it is for the best interests of the estate
in order to dispose of real property, the court upon application by the
personal representative or any other interested person, may authorize
the personal representative, either alone or together with other owners,
to plat any land belonging to the estate in accordance with the statutes
in regard to platting.
