Text

1. IC 32-39-2-4 and IC 32-39-2-5 apply to the right of a personal representative who is acting on behalf of the estate of a deceased person to access:

(1)the content of an electronic communication (as defined in IC 32-39-1-6);
(2)a catalogue of electronic communications (as defined in IC 32-39-1-5); or
(3)any other digital asset (as defined in IC 32-39-1-10); of the deceased person.
