§ 29-1-10-16 — Pending will contest; administration of estate
Prior to the adjudication of a pending will
contest any general personal representative or any special
administrator, within the limits of his authority, shall proceed to
administer the estate pursuant to the law respecting intestate estates, so
far as the same may be done consistent with the terms of any such will.
