Text
The court may promulgate rules and forms of
procedure for probate proceedings, not inconsistent with the provisions
of this article nor with such rules and forms as are promulgated by the
supreme court. If in any probate proceeding a situation arises which is
not provided for by any statute or rule of procedure, the court may
formulate and declare a rule of procedure for that particular case.
