§ 29-1-1-4 — Legislative history
The report of the probate code study commission
established by IC 2-5-16 (before its repeal) made pursuant to Acts
1949, c. 302, s. 5 and Acts 1951, c. 347, s. 2 may be consulted by the
courts to determine the underlying reasons, purposes, and policies of
this article, and may be used as a guide in its construction and
application.
