Text

Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 904. The director, in the exercise of reasonable judgment, is authorized to compromise, settle, and collect civil penalties from a person for a violation of:

(1)a provision of this chapter; or
(2)an order issued or promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
