§ 28-1-1-6 — "Depository financial institution"
For purposes of IC 28-1-23-16, "depository financial institution" means a financial institution that is:
(1)a commercial bank, organized or reorganized under the law of
another state (as defined in IC 28-2-17-19) or United States law;
(2)a trust company, organized or reorganized under the law of
another state (as defined in IC 28-2-17-19) or United States law;
(3)a credit union, organized or reorganized under the law of
another state (as defined in IC 28-2-17-19) or United States law;
(4)a savings bank, organized or reorganized under the law of
another state (as defined in IC 28-2-17-19) or United States law;
(5)a savings association, organized or reorganized under Indiana
law, the law of another state (as defined in IC 28-2-17-19), or
United States law;
