§ 28-8-6-302 — Submission of documents or information to director to demonstrate exempt from licensure
Effective 1-1-2026. Sec.
302.The director may require any person
claiming to be exempt from licensing under section 301 of this chapter
to provide information and documentation to the director
demonstrating that the person qualifies for the claimed exemption.
