§ 28-8-5-21 — Examination of records located outside Indiana
If the licensee's records are located outside
Indiana, the licensee shall either make them available to the department
at a convenient location within Indiana or pay the reasonable and
necessary expenses for the department or its representative to examine
them at the place where they are maintained.
