Text
If it appears to the director that a person has committed or is about to commit a violation of a provision of this chapter or an order of the director, the director may apply to a court having jurisdiction for:
(1)an order enjoining such person from violating or continuing
to violate this chapter or such other order as the nature of the case
may require; or
(2)injunctive or such other relief as the nature of the case may
require.
