Text
A savings bank may act under court appointment as any of the following:
(1)Commissioner for the sale of real property.
(2)Guardian of the person or estate of an incapacitated person (as
defined in IC 29-3-1-7.5), or in other instances where a guardian
may be appointed.
(3)Trustee, receiver, conservator, or committee of the property or
estate of a person or corporation in insolvency or bankruptcy
proceedings.
(4)Depository of money paid into court, whether for the benefit
of a person or corporation.
(5)In any other fiduciary capacity.
