Text
(a)This section applies only to a statement
of condition of a savings bank that is or may become a member of the
federal reserve bank system, or whose deposits are or may become
insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
(b)The department may provide copies of an examination of a
savings bank to any of the following:
(1)The federal reserve board.
(2)The federal reserve bank of which the savings bank is or may
become a member.
(3)The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
(4)An agency of the federal government similar to those
described in subdivisions (1) through (3).
(5)Duly appointed examiners of an entity described in
subdivisions (1) through (4).
(c)The department may disclose to examiners of an entity described
in subsection (b)(1) through (b)(4) any information in
