§ 28-2-18-1 — Purpose of chapter
It is the intent of this chapter to permit
interstate branching under Sections 102 and 103 of the Riegle-Neal
Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 (P.L.
103-328) in accordance with the provisions set forth in this chapter.
