§ 28-2-17-12 — "Host state" defined

Indiana·Art. 2 BANKS·Ch. 17 Interstate Bank Mergers

As used in this chapter, "host state" means a state, other than the home state of a bank, in which the bank:

(1)maintains; or
(2)seeks to establish and maintain; a branch.
