§ 28-2-17-1 — Purpose of chapter
It is the intent of this chapter to permit
interstate branching by merger under Section 102 of the Riegle-Neal
Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 (P.L.
103-328) in accordance with the provisions set forth in this chapter.
