Indiana Statutes
§ 28-2-14-8 — Deposits
As used in this chapter, "deposits" means the
sum of the total demand deposits and total time and savings deposits
of a particular bank as shown in its most recently filed consolidated
report of condition in the possession of the Board of Governors of the
Federal Reserve System or other supervising agency.
