§ 28-2-13-1 — Acquired bank
As used in this chapter, "acquired bank" means:
(1)any nonsurviving bank in a merger or consolidation of banks;
or
(2)any bank that:
(A)sells all or substantially all of its assets; and
(B)subsequently dissolves as a result of the transaction.
