§ 28-15-9-2 — Notice of establishment or acquisition of or new activity through service corporation
A savings association shall notify the department:
(1)not less than thirty (30) days before the establishment or
acquisition of any service corporation; and
(2)not less than thirty (30) days before the commencement of any
new activity through a service corporation.
