§ 28-15-3-1 — Applicability of statutes relating to share account associations
Deposit associations:
(1)continue to possess all the rights, powers, privileges, and
immunities afforded by IC 28-1 and any other statutes relating to
share account associations; and
(2)are subject to all the duties and obligations imposed upon
share account associations by IC 28-1 or other statutes relating to
share account associations.
