Text
If the department denies the request of a
savings association under section 2 of this chapter to exercise any
rights and privileges that are granted to federal savings associations,
the savings association may appeal the decision of the department to
the circuit court, superior court, or probate court with jurisdiction in the
county in which the principal office of the savings association is
located. In an appeal under this section, the court shall determine the
matter de novo.
