Indiana Statutes
§ 28-15-11-4 — "Federal savings association"
As used in this chapter, "federal savings
association" means any federal savings association or federal savings
bank chartered or regulated under Section 5 of the Home Owners' Loan
Act of 1933 (12 U.S.C. 1464).
