Text
The corporation shall notify each shareholder, whether or not entitled to vote, of the proposed shareholders' meeting in accordance with IC 28-13-5-8. The notice of meeting must also do the following:
(1)State that the purpose, or one (1) of the purposes, of the
meeting is to consider the proposed amendment.
(2)Contain or be accompanied by a copy or summary of the
amendment.
