Text
(a)The articles of amendment shall be
prepared and signed in triplicate by:
(1)an officer of the corporation;
(2)if the corporation has not yet issued shares, by a director of the
corporation; or
(3)if the board of directors has not been selected, by the
incorporator;
and shall be presented in triplicate to the department at its office for the
approval or disapproval of the director.
(b)When the articles of amendment have been approved by the
director, the articles shall be presented to the secretary of state for
filing.
