Text
(a)If the department approves the application,
the department shall write or stamp on the articles of incorporation the
following:
(1)The words "Approved by the Department of Financial
Institutions of the State of Indiana".
(2)The date of the approval.
(b)The department shall place the impression of the seal of the
department and the signature of the director or the director's authorized
designee beneath the approval stamp.
