§ 28-11-4-1 — Application of IC 4-21.5
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), IC 4-21.5 does not apply to a proceeding under this chapter.
(b)IC 4-21.5-5 applies to judicial review of a final order of the
department under this chapter.
