§ 28-11-3-4 — Documents, reports, and other papers; certified copies; prima facie evidence
A copy of a document, report, or other paper
received and filed by the department, when certified by the director,
shall be received in all courts and places as prima facie evidence of the
facts stated in the certified copy.
