§ 28-1-7-18 — Effective date of merger or consolidation
Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 7 Merger and Consolidation of Banks, Trust Companies,
Upon the issuance of a certificate of merger
or a certificate of consolidation and incorporation by the secretary of
state, the merger or consolidation, as the case may be, shall be effected.
