Text
Upon the execution of the agreement of
consolidation by all of the corporations that are parties to the
agreement, articles of consolidation shall be executed and filed with the
secretary of state. The articles of consolidation must set forth the
factors prescribed in section 9 of this chapter as if the consolidation
was a merger.
