§ 28-1-32-4 — "Mutual savings association"

As used in this chapter, "mutual savings association" means a savings association (as defined in 12 U.S.C. 1813(b)) that:

(1)maintains its principal office in Indiana; and
(2)has a mutual form of ownership.
