§ 28-1-31-3 — "Department"
Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 31 Conversion of an Out-of-State Financial Institution
As used in this chapter, "department" means
the department of financial institutions and, if applicable, the
department's authorized delegate.
