§ 28-1-29-11 — Impounding books, records, and accounts
Upon affidavit of any person, or other
information that the licensee has failed to comply with the provisions
of this chapter, and after a preliminary investigation indicates probable
cause that a violation has occurred, the department shall have authority
to impound such books, records, and accounts as it deems necessary.
